Anne belongs to the core team of the Best Practice in Process Management activities and is a founding member of the Process Management Alliance.
Presently Anne is a Process Manager for Aircraft Components at Lufthansa Technik with focus on the Customer Service.
She was working for Lufthansa Global Business Services as a Process Manager HR for LH Group wide Payroll & Expenses processes. In this position she implemented the process documentation tool ARIS BPMN and migrated Travel & Expense processes to a Shared Service Center in Krakow.
Anne stared her career in Lufthansa Technik’s Quality Department where she was running the Management System IQ MOVE and worked as a Process Modeler.
Before joining Lufthansa she worked for different foundations and non-profit organizations like “skate-aid” and the BMW Foundation in Berlin.
Anne holds a M.A. in Cl. Archaeology, History and Social Anthropology from the University of Münster. Furthermore she is a certified EOQ Quality Management Technician and internal Auditor.

- Multilateral and intercultural communication
