Business Process Management
Christian is responsible for Process Governance within CASSIDIAN (an EADS company). His main task is to develop and manage the Business Process Management Framework with a focus on process publishing, method and tool training, measurement and the BPM Tool Suite. In addition he is the owner of the process modelling rules & conventions within Cassidian and acts as Process consultant.
Christian led the Business Process Modelling and Web-Portal Tool Rollout Project for overall Cassidian in 2011.
Christian held various positions within adidas primarily in the area of business and process improvement. After the merger of adidas and Reebok, he was responsible for the harmonization of the product development processes and systems of the two brands. Before joining EADS in 2010 Christian was responsible for the adidas Group Supply Chain processes and tools and was heading up the global Supply Chain Process Solutions team.
Christian has a Diploma degree in business and engineering and is certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
COB-Operational Excellence directly reports to the COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Cassidian. COB drives Cassidian’s competitiveness, customer focus and its international footprint, supporting all programs and functions to continuously improve their processes and practices by creating an environment of continuous learning and change throughout the organization. It covers Business Process Management, LEAN and Operational Performance Management.
