Thomas Jussen

Thomas organizes and chairs the Best Practice in Process Management workshops. He is with Lufthansa Technik AG Hamburg for an internship since October 2011 and supports in the fields of process and requirement management at the Lufthansa Technik’s central quality department. Currently Thomas is also working on a maturity model for process management for the LHT.

Thomas studies Business Administration and Engineering at the RWTH Aachen since 2008 and worked as a student assistant for the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology in 2011 in the field of technical risk management. There he took part in the organization of major events like the Aachen Machine Tool Colloquium (AWK) 2011 and the 15. Business Forum Quality.

Thomas’ areas of special interest are:
– preventive risk management
– perceived product quality
