Markus Hochstrasser

Markus was member of the initial team working on a methodology to develop, implement and maintain standardized Group Processes within the LHT Group.  During his internship from October 2010 until March 2011 he was mainly involved in finding solutions for best practice identification and setting up an economical approach to evaluate benefits and efforts in an early stage of process transformation. He also accompanied a first pilot project on its way from a variety of similar processes to one defined group process.

Since October 2008, Markus studies Aerospace Engineering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with focus on flight system dynamics and ecological energy systems. Beside study he attended the entrepreneurial qualification program “Manage&More” offered by UnternehmerTUM. During this program he conducted three consulting projects in interdisciplinary teams and learned to create business concepts for innovative and marketable products and services.

In April 2011 he started an internship at Lufthansa Airline Administration Center Bangkok, Thailand. As head of a project team he trained and introduced LEAN approaches for administrative tasks.

– Lean production / Lean office management
