Kirsten is also part of the Best Practice in Process Management initiative. In context of her Bachelor Thesis, she has conducted a survey among Process Owners and Organisation Responsibles to develop standards to improve their integration into a Management System such as LHT Group’s IQ MOVE. She made her first contact with process management during her internship at Lufthansa Technik in Hamburg.
Kirsten studied Business Psychology at Hochschule Harz, University of Applied Science with majors in Marketing, Consumer Psychology and Market Research and finished her studies at Dundalk Institute of Technology, Ireland with majors in Human Resources.
Kirsten’s areas of special interest are:
– Process management roles, especially Organisation Responsibles and Process Owners
– Integration of employees into the organization’s Management System
– Statistics in general: Surveys and interviews
